Alexis Semmler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the visionary founder of ALYV Health. With a background rooted in rural healthcare and emergency medicine, Alexis brings both clinical depth and entrepreneurial insight to her leadership role. After years of witnessing gaps in access to mental health and preventative care, she set out to create a practice that redefines what modern healthcare can look like—integrative, patient-centered, and deeply personal.

As CEO and Medical Director, Alexis oversees the strategic direction and clinical integrity of ALYV Health, blending her medical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to business and team development. Her passion lies in bridging traditional and functional medicine, cultivating a culture where innovation, compassion, and collaboration thrive. Under her leadership, ALYV Health has grown into a multidisciplinary practice committed to helping patients—and providers—feel empowered, supported, and truly well.

With an MBA focused on healthcare management, Brianna combines strategic insight and operational excellence to guide the financial health and growth of the organization.
